Photographer Zackary Canepari  has been documenting life in Flint since 2012, including the water crisis that poisoned the city’s residents; an eight-part documentary series called Flint Town, which Canepari made with filmmakers Jessica Dimmock and Drea Cooper, is now on view at Netflix. His most recent series examines the Flint Police Department to see how law enforcement works in a place that exists in constant crisis. The answer, notes The New Yorker, is that it doesn’t, really.
