Singer Bruno Mars is being sued for copyright infringement by a photographer after he posted a childhood photo of himself on social media, notes PetaPixel: The photographer, Catherine McGann, took the photo of Mars in 1989 when Mars was 3 or 4 years old and working as a tiny Elvis Presley impersonator. In June, Mars published the photograph to social media, racking up some 1.2 million hits on Instagram alone. He did not ask McGann for permission to use the photo, however. McGann seeks damages and all profits Mars generated from use of the photo.
